Shipping Policy

This website is operated by Swift Peregrine LLC, a Michigan limited liability company doing business as Falcon Fiberglass.

Order Processing

Panels are made to order. Lead time is 5-6 weeks from order date. Full payment is required at checkout. If we cannot ship within the stated lead time, we will notify you, and you may cancel for a full refund.

Shipping Costs

All orders ship by LTL freight. Shipping is calculated by total order weight and shown at checkout:

Up to 500 lb: $400
501–1,500 lb: $650
1,501–3,000 lb: $950
3,001–6,000 lb: $1,450
6,001–10,000 lb: $2,150
10,001–20,000 lb: $2,850
20,001–45,000 lb: $3,300

Orders over 45,000lb may require multiple trucks. Contact hello@falconfiberglass.com or 616.315.0792 for a freight quote before ordering.

Delivery Requirements

Rates assume commercial delivery to a dock or forklift-accessible site. Residential delivery, liftgate service, limited-access sites, and delivery appointments may incur additional carrier fees, which we will invoice before shipment. The customer is responsible for unloading.

Tracking

You’ll receive the carrier name and PRO (tracking) number when your order ships.

Inspection and Freight Damage

Inspect every shipment before signing the delivery receipt (bill of lading). Note any visible damage or missing pieces on the bill of lading and take photos. Report damage to hello@falconfiberglass.com within 48 hours of delivery (5 days for concealed damage), with photos and a copy of the signed bill of lading. Signing without noting visible damage may prevent a carrier claim.

Address Accuracy

Verify your shipping address at checkout. Address changes after shipment may result in carrier rerouting fees, billed to the customer.

Destinations

Standard checkout rates apply to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are available by quote only. Contact hello@falconfiberglass.com or 616.315.0792 before ordering. U.S. territories and international shipping are not available at this time.
